Im thinking of looking into the contrast between beauty and ugliness- taking something beautiful and making it look ugly. Maybe a flower or leaves and watching it decay over time. I could take photo's of the subject every day and create a sequence. It might be better to work with more than one object, maybe a scene or people, im not too sure yet.

I really like this idea. At this stage, start to play with presentation while you are documenting your object and waiting for the decay to happen. How can you present this to us and allow us to see the change, time, and structure altering? A strip of images? A grid? What size? How many images? How do you edit/crop/manipulate the work? Do you change the way your frame the image every time you photograph it, or do you keep it the same every time? Practice all this, present it in your sketchbook, ask questions of it on your blog.
