Though technically not a good photo, I think the ghosty warping effect works quite well, especially since I'm thinking of doing a Reality/Alternate Universe effect. The blurred figure look like they don't belong in the setting, almost like they are just appearing.
A great experiment towards Portraits with Movement. There is enough of the figure in focus that we are able to start to imagine or sense what is happening. I like the quality of light and color leaving the face.
